You must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license and a major credit card in your name for the security deposit.
U.S. Residents: A valid state-issued driver’s license.
International Visitors: A valid passport and the original driver’s license from your home country. An International Driving Permit (IDP) is recommended if your license is not in English.
All our vehicles are registered with an automated toll pass (SunPass / Toll-by-Plate). You can drive through express lanes and toll roads seamlessly without stopping. Any tolls incurred during your trip will be calculated and automatically billed to your credit card on file after you return the vehicle.
Prior to key handoff, a temporary authorization hold (security deposit) will be placed on your credit card through our secure booking system, Wheelbase. This deposit is fully released after the vehicle is returned, provided there is no new damage, missing fuel, or unpaid citations.
To ensure all customers enjoy a clean and fresh vehicle, smoking or vaping of any substance inside the car is strictly prohibited. Violations will incur an automatic $500 detailing and sanitization fee. Pets are also not allowed unless authorized prior to booking.
First, ensure the safety of all passengers. In case of an emergency or collision, call local emergency services (911) immediately and request a police report, as it is required for all insurance claims. Next, contact our team and reach out to the 24/7 roadside assistance provider included in your Wheelbase protection plan.
